A smoothly-paced vinyasa flow class which fosters a calm mind and deep body awareness. Class will include an emphasis on breath and body awareness, so you can fine tune your practice to meet you where you are. The instructor offers modifications and variations throughout the class, making these classes accessible for students of all levels. This class is accessible for beginners, but also adds a new layer of challenge for more experienced yogis to dig into your practice - with a greater focus on alignment, breath, engagement, and expansion in each pose. You will leave feeling energized, restored and grounded.
Level 1-2 = Low to medium intensity, accessible to all levels. Total beginners especially welcome! This class is heated to 75 degrees.
